Frequently asked questions
How do you carry out the shipments? Are they free?
I ship orders with a certified letter and I carry them out through the Post Office. Shipments are free nationwide (Spain), but there is an extra cost both for Europe and the rest of the world, depending on the destination of the package.
The additional cost for destinies in the European Union is 5.50 Euros.
for destinies outside of the European Union, it’s 8.90 Euros.
How long do orders take to arrive?
National orders (Spain): may take between 3 and 4 days.
Orders in the European Union: may take between 10 and 15 days.
For international orders (outside the EU): it depends on the country and how your postal service works. United States, Australia, Japan (countries with a good postal system) usually take 10-15 days, but it would be difficult to estimate delivery times for other places with postal issues. Please check keep this in mind before making your purchase.
Is the color of the final artwork the same as in the pictures?
The color may vary a bit depending on your monitor and the photography itself, but it won't be much different from what you see on screen.
What happens if my purchase arrives in poor condition?
I prepare the orders with great care, making sure there are no incidents on its way to your home, but I cannot take responsibility for what happens during the trip. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact me, I will assist you as soon as I can!
I’ve seen there are just a few units of some of your artworks. Do you plan to make more if they run out?
I have designed some things to be limited, but depending on the demand, I would not rule out making another edition, maybe with some small changes.
